been selected by a specific coach to play on a specific team.

Fall 2025 Rattler - Premier Development Program

Dear Texas Rattler & Flower Mound Premier Parents:
If your player is in the 6th grade or BELOW, they are eligible to register for this fantastic Skill Development Program!!!
Welcome to the FALL 2025 Texas Rattler / Flower Mound Premier Development Program!
1.     The Development Program will again be led/instructed by Jeff Sherman, who is the Head Baseball Coach at Marcus High School. Coach Sherman was also a Coach on the World Champion 15U USA BASEBALL Team! He has a real PASSION for coaching and for working with the young players in FMYSA! And, our players get to practice, play and learn FROM ONE OF THE BEST INSTRUCTORS IN THE COUNTRY! IT IS A REAL PRIVILEGE TO HAVE THIS OPPORTUNITY!
2.     The FALL Development Program will be focused on: DEFENSE (all things fielding; infield, outfield, throwing, cuts/relays, double play work, team communication, etc., etc.).
3.     Age Requirements: 6th grade and BELOW only.
4.     When and Where: MONDAYS, WITH THREE SESSIONS AT BAKERSFIELD PARK & THREE SESSIONS AT UNITY PARK, and hopefully a couple of those sessions will end up on the NEW Marcus High School Baseball Field! (Exact field locations will be communicated well ahead of time, i.e. we will have a published schedule.)
·       We plan to have two sessions, a 5:30-6:30 session for FMYSA & HV PREMIER, and a 6:45-7:45 session for TEXAS RATTLERS & HV STORM
·       STARTS Monday, 9/8!
·       We are targeting a 6 week program (weather permitting): 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 & 10/13.
5.     This program is available to Texas Rattler & Flower Mound Premier Players, 6th grade and under ONLY.
6.    We are very excited to take this skill development program to the next level by including our baseball brethren from HVABSA! We look forward to the friendships that will develop beyond the skills being acquired in this very unique learning environment!
7.    WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL ELIGIBLE PLAYERS TO ATTEND.
