Hotel Program for the KC&BO VFG Sports Performance National Championship
We are providing the Best Local Hotels at the Best Rates Available! We have partnered with GYC Planners as our Professional Housing Authority. The National Championship Hotel Program is a mandatory "Stay to Play" program which means out of town teams (teams coming from 125 miles away or further), must stay with our approved hotels, booking exclusively through GYC Planners, or exercise a $500 buyout option. The minimum number of rooms needed to avoid the buyout and confirm your place in the tournament is eight (8). If choosing the buyout option, the opt fee is due by Friday, May 26th, 2023.
Please Note: Teams residing less than 125 miles may elect to commute daily, however if a team residing less than 125 miles chooses to stay in a hotel, they must adhere to our housing policy and secure their room nights through GYC Planners. GYC Planners is AWESOME to work with and has worked very hard to secure great properties and great rates for the National Championship!
All Teams Applying for Housing Must First be Registered for the KC&BO VFG Sports Performance National Championship Tournament! Accommodations are booked on a first come first served basis for all teams that are registered and paid. Do NOT delay!
With hotel rates on the rise post covid, this is the BEST WAY to ensure the LOWEST RATE available for our out-of-town teams!

*Note Regarding Covid Restrictions: We do not know what Covid Restrictions may or may not look like for June 2023 at this time. Some hotels have (still) implemented various Covid Restrictions in 2022 to ensure the safety and well being of their guests. These Covid policies may or may not include changes to breakfast options being limited to GRAB/GO only or possibly no breakfast offered, limited housekeeping with fresh linens and hygiene items available at the front desk with housekeeping offered every few days. The pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar, and other amenities may or may not be open or have limited hours with occupancy limitations. We will absolutely work with our hotels to keep you updated as we get closer to the National Championship in June of 2023.
